Renew Aesthetics is an established aesthetics practice with a strong patient base and consistent demand for injectable and skin treatments. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic RN to join our growing practice.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced injector who combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry and thrives in a relationship-driven practice.

You will play a key role in delivering natural, high-quality results while building long-term patient relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and evaluations
• Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
• Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
• Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox)
• Dermal fillers
• Laser treatments
• Chemical peels and other modalities
• Educate patients on skincare, maintenance, and preventative treatments
• Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Conduct follow-ups to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Stay current on emerging technologies, products, and industry trends
• Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
• Build and retain a strong patient following through trust and results

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
• Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience required
• Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy preferred
• Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred
• Strong consultation and patient relationship skills
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and clinical judgment
• Passion for aesthetics and ongoing professional development
