About the Role:
Join Sweet Paris Creperie and Cafe as an Assistant Manager in Rogers, AR, where you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver impressive customer service.
- Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and kitchen areas.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction with every visit.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
