Higher Collective Killingly is looking for a Assistant Store Manager to join our team in our Killingly/ Dayville. The Sales Manager is responsible for setting the goals of the department, understanding the importance of building and maintaining relationships, motivating the team, and projecting an environment of continuous learning.     

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dispensary Assistant Manager to support the general operations of our cannabis dispensary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for the cannabis industry. As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the dispensary and to provide exceptional customer experiences.
