We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Walmart Customer Operations Coordinator that will be based at our Rogers, AR office. This role is a crucial team member that will help drive communications to our internal team members and external partners. This role will also help elevate our tools, capabilities and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Support business plans by communicating effectively across Retail DSD organization.
- Execute monthly updates to our internal tools that enable our Retail DSD organization to execute priorities.
- Management of the service ticket process across our Retail DSD network and external customer.
- Develop performance trackers across key initiatives and provide execution commentary to the Customer Business Team and to Retail DSD organization.
- Support the Director of Customer Operations on adhoc requests.

Job specific requirements:
- Previous experience in CPG sales/retail DSD preferred. Previous Walmart customer experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint required.
Travel requirements: Limited (1-2 trips per year).
Salary and Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $74,300 to $102,190; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
