Summary/Objective
The ERP Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting, configuring, and developing the SyteLine ERP environment across KieferSage's four business units. This role serves as the first point of contact for day-to-day application needs while building deeper technicalexpertise in ERP administration, SQL development, and systems integration under the direction of the Director of ERP Transformation.
This is an early-career role designed for someone who wants to grow into a broader ERP specialist. The organization is actively moving tothe cloud, implementing new modules, and building automation, which provides exposure to the full ERP transformation lifecycle andincreasing project ownership over time.
Essential Functions

Application Support & Configuration:
Serve as the first point of contact for SyteLine application issues across business units
Manage form personalizations, report distribution, and system configuration changes
Assist with environment management, backups, and routine database maintenance
Maintain documentation of configurations, procedures, and known issues
Development:
Write and modify SQL for troubleshooting, data analysis, and integration support
Learn and apply ERP-specific development patterns including form scripting, event handlers, and custom automation
Support integrations between the ERP system, third-party platforms, and internal tools
Participate in the full change lifecycle: requirements gathering, development, testing, and deployment
Project & Transformation Support:
Support module implementations, data migrations, and vendor coordination as assigned
Assist with cloud platform tasks during the migration from on-premise to Infor CloudSuite
Contribute to user training, documentation, and change management activities
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Work Environment
This job operates mainly in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones,copiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Occasional access to manufacturing production areas across business units may be required.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some lifting, bending, stooping, and standing is necessary. Mental alertness and long periods ofconcentration.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional after-hours or weekendwork may be required to support system maintenance, upgrades, or production issues.
Required Education and Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in IT support, application support, or a technical analyst role
Working knowledge of SQL, including queries, joins, and basic stored procedures
Comfort working in Windows Server environments
Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to figure things out independently
Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical users
Ability to manage multiple priorities across several business units
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Prior ERP experience with SyteLine, SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or a similar platform
Exposure to VB.NET, C#, or other object-oriented languages
Background in manufacturing or distribution environments
Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite Industrial or InforOS
Experience supporting integrations, EDI, or reporting tools
