We’re seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Mercy. This role utilizes the
nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, maintain professional accountability, and collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams. The RN ensures patient rights and confidentiality are upheld while supporting Mercy’s
mission, values, and service standards.

Position Details:

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).

Licensure:

  • Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license; must meet all state board requirements.

Certifications:

Required:

  • BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire.

  • May be required based on unit: ACLS, PALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, OCN, CPHON, or other unit-specific certifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift.

  • Ability to bend, squat, twist, kneel, reach, and maintain grip strength as needed.
