The Opportunity
We’re looking for warm, engaging, and service-driven Front Desk Agents to join the opening team at Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection.
As one of the first and most important points of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for every stay. From welcoming arrivals to handling departures and everything in between, you’ll play a key role in creating seamless, memorable guest experiences from the very first day we open.

Hotel Vin Rogers, Autograph Collection is an exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel opening in September 2026 in Rogers, Arkansas—and we're building an exceptional opening team to bring it to life.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Front desk or hotel experience is a plus but not required.
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn hotel systems.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Professional, positive, and guest-focused attitude.
