Licensing Requirement

Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses are required prior to your start date.

If you're currently completing your licensing, we provide coaching, study resources, and support throughout the process to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement.

  • Build and grow a book of business through consultative, needs-based sales conversations.

  • Conduct policy reviews and recommend customized insurance solutions.

  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.

  • Build lasting client relationships that drive retention, referrals, and agency growth.

  • Process policy changes, renewals, and new business accurately.

  • Consistently achieve individual sales and production goals.

  • Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry trends.

What We're Looking For

  • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.

  • Proven success in insurance sales or account management.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
