Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Industrial Maintenance Mechanic / Shredder Maintenance to support our night shift operations in Rogers, AR. This role is essential to maintaining and repairing equipment that keeps our facility running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on conveyors, shredders, and sorting lines
• Stick welding and fabrication on stationary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems
• Maintain and repair mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders, skid steers, etc.)
• Ensure proper parts inventory and order as needed
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and daily reports
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

• Proficient in stick welding and fabrication (required)
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs independently
• Familiarity with forklifts, loaders, and material separators preferred
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute ratios and percentages)
• High school diploma or GED preferred
