Job Description

As a Security Officer Access Gate in ROGERS, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a food and beverage location, you will help manage entry points, verify credentials, monitor access activity, and provide courteous communication to employees and visitors. You will maintain a visible presence, report security-related concerns, and support a welcoming environment. Pay Rate: $16.64 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access logs and/or visitor records.
• Control access for personnel, vendors, delivery drivers, and vehicles in accordance with facility requirements, helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; communicate observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas, reporting security-related concerns or unusual conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
