  • Applicants must possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive mindset to drive improvements and lead projects.

Role intent: Lead Walmart replenishment and customer forecast performance across assigned businesses, translating customer signals and Unilever supply constraints into clear actions that improve in-stock, service, inventory health, speed-to-shelf, and sales outcomes.

Background and Purpose of the Job

The Senior CPFR on Walmart Consumables owns collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment execution at a senior level. This role is accountable for connecting Walmart demand signals, replenishment behavior, customer inventory health, Unilever supply plans, and commercial priorities into one integrated operating view.

Category-specific scope: The Senior CPFR will support Walmart Consumables categories within Beauty, Personal Care, and Home Care, with assigned category ownership aligned to business need, customer priorities, and team coverage.

The role manages Walmart inventory replenishment and customer forecast inputs across item, department, category, node, and event views using customer and internal tools such as Retail Link / Luminate, NOVA or replenishment portals, Power BI, Excel, SAP, Anaplan, Databricks or SQL-enabled data sources, and automation workflows where available.

This position is expected to move beyond tactical reporting. The Senior CPFR anticipates supply chain risk, leads cross-functional recovery plans, influences Walmart and internal stakeholders through data-backed storytelling, and helps build scalable ways of working for the broader Walmart Supply Chain team.

The role directly supports Walmart in-stock goals, Unilever dispatch and fill rate execution, inventory targets, modular and transition readiness, promotional forecast quality, item lifecycle management, and strategic initiatives that improve customer experience and end-to-end supply chain speed.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do

  • You are a customer supply chain owner: Own Walmart replenishment execution for assigned businesses, ensuring the team is focused on the highest-value actions across in-stocks, inventory, service, forecast quality, and sales enablement.

  • You are a strategy guru and dot connector: Connect customer demand, item lifecycle activity, modular resets, promotions, supply constraints, DC/node inventory, and commercial priorities into clear recommendations for decisions and tradeoffs.

  • You are a data native and storyteller: Use Walmart and Unilever data to diagnose root causes, quantify business impact, and communicate concise actions to internal leadership, CBMs, Planning, Logistics, and Walmart replenishment partners.

  • You are a senior operator: Lead weekly/monthly operating rhythms, exception management, recovery planning, and customer-facing discussions with strong follow-through and clear ownership of next steps.

  • You are a paradox navigator: Balance in-stock improvement, inventory productivity, supply constraints, forecast bias, transportation realities, and customer expectations while making practical recommendations that move the business forward.

  • You are a change champion: Build scalable processes, dashboards, trackers, and automation opportunities that reduce manual work and improve speed, accuracy, and visibility for the Walmart Consumables team.

  • You are a team multiplier: Coach analysts or peer CPFR resources, raise the capability of the broader team, share best practices, and help develop a high-performing customer experience culture.
