If you have a strong background in commercial or industrial electrical, mechanical, or facility maintenance, enjoy troubleshooting complex equipment, and take pride in solving problems the right way, this could be a great opportunity for you. What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carwash equipment systems. Your responsibilities will include:  Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and facility systems Diagnose equipment failures and performance issues quickly and accurately Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and automated systems Troubleshoot systems ranging from water reclamation equipment and motor control centers to car wash tunnel equipment Perform electrical testing, including voltage, current, resistance, and continuity testing Replace and troubleshoot contactors, overloads, timers, transformers, control relays, and related components Identify potential problems before they become equipment failures Respond to equipment issues with a strong sense of urgency Take ownership of assigned equipment, repairs, and facility needs Work closely with the Splash Installation Team, vendors, store leadership, and Service Team Plan work efficiently to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and effective in a fast-paced environment Why Splash?
