What You'll Do As a Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and carwash equipment systems. Your responsibilities will include:  Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and facility systems Diagnose equipment failures and performance issues quickly and accurately Maintain and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and automated systems Troubleshoot systems ranging from water reclamation equipment and motor control centers to car wash tunnel equipment Perform electrical testing, including voltage, current, resistance, and continuity testing Replace and troubleshoot contactors, overloads, timers, transformers, control relays, and related components Identify potential problems before they become equipment failures Respond to equipment issues with a strong sense of urgency Take ownership of assigned equipment, repairs, and facility needs Work closely with the Splash Installation Team, vendors, store leadership, and Service Team Plan work efficiently to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment Manage multiple priorities while remaining calm and effective in a fast-paced environment Why Splash? Core Values: Strive for excellence Passionately treat others with dignity & respect Look for opportunities to serve others Appreciate our customers & co-workers Smile & have fun Have honesty & integrity QualificationsWhat you Bring to the Team: Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience working with commercial or industrial electrical or mechanical systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to diagnose equipment issues and determine appropriate repairs Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel approximately 10% Ability to work occasional nights and weekends when needed Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of commercial or industrial electrical experience Experience with motor control centers, control panels, relays, transformers, contactors, and overloads Experience troubleshooting automated equipment or industrial systems Experience with plumbing, pumps, motors, or water systems Experience in equipment maintenance, industrial maintenance, facility maintenance, or field service As part of the hiring process, Splash may require references and background checks.
