Job DetailsJob Location: 01-Rogers - Rogers, MN 55374Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $25.00 - $35.00 HourlyPurpose Responsible for set-up and assembly of all types of equipment offered for sale. Performs pre-delivery inspections and prepares equipment for deliver to the customer. Responsible for maintaining the image of store facilities, lot and grounds through routine maintenance. Performs any additional duties assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner all while adhering to safety rules and regulations. Essential Duties •   Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers and management •   Clean, organize and maintain the condition of shop, inventory, tools and equipment •   Assist service technicians as needed, including delivery of parts, repairing, servicing and moving equipment •   Clean and maintain facilities image for customers and employees •   Stage equipment for customer events as needed •   Maintain grounds including lawn, equipment displays and parking lot •   Service, assemble, and replace items such as light bulbs, filters, fixtures, and displays •   Perform basic maintenance on company equipment as needed •   Demonstrate a constant commitment to customer service •   Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on time submittal of information •   Operate and maintain vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform position responsibilities •   Maintain current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products •   Maintain a clean work area •   Follow all safety rules and regulations  QualificationsSkills & Qualifications •   Experience operating vehicles, tools, and equipment used in machinery pre-deliver and set-up processes, and for maintenance purposes •   Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment •   Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing •   Work independently with little or no supervision, self-motivated •   Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail •   Basic computer functions experience •   High School Diploma or equivalent •   Valid driver’s license required; CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) preferred •   Forklift certification preferred Â
