What You'll Be Doing

Assist clients with researching and selecting travel experiences that match their interests and budgets
Coordinate reservations for accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and activities
Help travelers compare options and make informed travel decisions
Communicate with clients through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
Work with travel suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and travel arrangements
Review reservation details, itineraries, and travel documentation for accuracy
Track booking updates, schedule changes, and client requests
Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel information
Stay informed about destination highlights, supplier promotions, and industry updates
Deliver professional, responsive service throughout the client journey

What We're Looking For

Interest in customer service, hospitality, travel, sales, or client support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment
Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
Self-motivated, dependable, and solution-oriented
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or other approved hiring regions
