Responsibilities

Coordinate booking details and support the development of travel itineraries
Provide confirmations, travel schedules, and important trip information
Assist with reservation updates, itinerary changes, and special travel requests
Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Monitor active reservations and follow up on outstanding items when needed
Maintain organized client records using company systems and digital platforms
