Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities
Interpersonal Skills:
Maintain confidentiality at all times
Maintain professional dispositions with internal and external stakeholders
Tasks:
Answer the door
Greet parents/visitors
Sign-in/sign-out students
Answer phones
Direct calls
Take messages
Man a walkie-talkie to call for students for bus pick-up, parent pick-up, etc.
Make copies
Implement Student Attendance Requirements
Take daily student attendance
Maintain attendance documentation as directed
Maintain Supply Order
Other pending clerical tasks
HR paperwork
New hire paperwork
Records requests
Disability determination paperwork
