Asphalt Plant Loader Operator

Job DetailsJob Location: CMC Asphalt - Rolla, MO - Rolla, MO 65401Position Type: Full TimeCapital Materials is looking to fill a Loader Operator position at our Asphalt Plant in Rolla, Missouri.   RESPONSIBILITIES Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Move, load, and handle materials with the use of a front-end loader and occasionally other large machinery. Responsible for transporting material from stockpiles to feeder bins to supply the plant. Ensure the asphalt plant feeder bins do not run empty during production hours. Perform daily checks and maintenance on loaders, such as lubricating, checking fluid levels, fueling, and cleaning. Assist the plant team with plant maintenance and special projects at the plant site Adhere to OSHA rules and regulations and wear proper safety equipment. Perform other job responsibilities as assigned. QualificationsREQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent Must be able to operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights Front-end loader experience is required General knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment Lift/move up to 50 lbs. Work outdoors in all weather conditions Work overtime, nights, weekends, as needed Reliable transportation Willing to travel/work out of town, as needed Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screen, and background check This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position.
