Contribute to site/civil design, stormwater engineering, remediation, erosion control, and water management initiativesĀ

WhatĀ YouāllĀ BringĀ
RequiredĀ
Bachelorās degree (or higher) in Civil, Environmental, Geotechnical, or related engineering field, or equivalent experienceĀ
2-3 years of experienceĀ
StrongĀ proficiencyĀ in MS Office SuiteĀ
Ability to research and prepare technical memorandums, field reports, and report sectionsĀ
Detail-oriented withĀ strong communicationĀ skills for effective collaborationĀ
Driver's License Required: This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability toĀ operateĀ a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical areaĀ

PreferredĀ
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or current registration for the F.E. examĀ
Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D, GIS Software, and/orĀ Hydraflow/HydroCADĀ
Prior internship or professional experience in civil/environmental engineeringĀ
Willingness to travel for field workĀ
Key ResponsibilitiesĀ
Work in a remote/hybrid environment,Ā maintainingĀ clear communication on schedules, deliverables, and prioritiesĀ
AssistĀ in civil/environmental design and project support, including:Ā
Site plansĀ
Erosion and sediment control plansĀ
Stormwater management plansĀ
Permit application preparationĀ
Participate in field work, sampling, construction monitoring, and reportingĀ
Manage multiple fast-paced projects across diverse geographiesĀ
Ensure compliance with ERMās world-class Health and Safety ProgramĀ
For theĀ Consultant, Engineer position, theĀ anticipatedĀ annual base pay isĀ $83,000ā$103,200Ā (USD). Actual pay will depend on factors such as education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. In some cases, pay may fall outside this range. This role may be eligible for bonus pay subject to the sole discretion of ERM and its policies and procedures (casual and fixed term/flex force employees areĀ not bonusĀ eligible).Ā
