Litigation Paralegal

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national law firm with offices in all 50 states, has an immediate opening for a litigation paralegal in its Austin office. Candidates must have 3-7 years of litigation experience. This is a full-time, onsite position. Ideal candidates will have a solid knowledge of litigation support and case management, experience organizing large caseloads, discovery, trial preparation, and assisting at trial, as well as familiarity with the Texas and Federal rules of civil procedure. Responsibilities:

• Client contact and document review.
• Drafting and responding to discovery.
• Indexing, exhibit preparation, and investigation and research.
