Job DetailsJob Location: Rome City, IN 46784Job Purpose: - The Production Machinist (Level 1) at Precision Medical Technologies is responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality medical components. This role is crucial in ensuring that all products meet industry standards and client specifications, contributing to the overall success and reputation of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor CNC machines and other production equipment to manufacture medical components according to specifications. - Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. - Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machinery as required. - Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflow and improve production efficiency. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. - Document production activities and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor. - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of new machinery and production techniques. - Assist in troubleshooting mechanical issues and provide support in resolving technical challenges.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Completion of a vocational program in machining or a related field is preferred.
