Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President to join our team! As an Executive Vice President, you will be in constant communication with many department heads and managers, working closely with them to create both short and long-term goals to best serve the organization. You will also be responsible for selecting and hiring new management staff, keeping up with performance reviews, and owning new projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have previous upper management experience, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments and projects simultaneously.  

Responsibilities 
  • Lead the organization to develop and implement new growth strategies, both short and long-term, to best achieve the organization's goals 
  • Maintain a strong line of communication with department heads and management staff across the organization
  • Select, hire, and train top talent to best serve the organization and lead the team
  • Manage and lead multiple projects, both in-person and remotely
  • Manage reports and make recommendations based on those reports to stakeholders and upper management
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an upper management and leadership role desired
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A strong mind for organization, business, and planning
  • Demonstrated ability to hire and develop top talent across multiple departments
  • The ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities, as needed
  • The ability to work independently as a manager and a leader
