Why You’ll Love Working HereÂ
• Compensation: $20.00 - $23.40 per hour, based on experience + $2/hour shift premiumÂ
• Overtime pay: Time and a half after 40 hours, double time after 48 hoursÂ

What You’ll DoÂ
• Operate and monitor machineryÂ
• Load/unload materials and assist with packagingÂ
• Perform quality checks using tools and fixturesÂ
• Support machine operators and complete documentationÂ
• Maintain a clean, safe work environmentÂ
Training begins on 1st shift (7 AM–3 PM) before transitioning to 3rd shift (11 PM–7 AM). Saturday OT is scheduled in advance.Â
What You BringÂ
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate clearlyÂ
• Basic math skills and attention to detailÂ
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbsÂ
• Willingness to work any shift and overtime as neededÂ
• Positive attitude and team-first mindsetÂ
