Sonic Summary

This position is for a full-time role on the 4th shift, working Saturday to Monday from 5am to 5:30pm.
The starting pay is $26.80 per hour, plus a $0.75 shift differential.
Candidates should have experience in a distribution center environment and be capable of developing knowledge of different systems.
Key responsibilities include implementing procedures to maintain equipment efficiency, communicating to minimize downtime, and ensuring high-quality workmanship.
The role also requires adherence to safety procedures and maintaining an organized work area at the Family Dollar Distribution Center located at 640 Perimeter Rd, Rome, New York.

4th Shift: Saturday – Monday, 5am – 5:30pm

Starting pay 26.80 PLUS .75 shift differential

1. Develops knowledge base of different systems within the Distribution Center.

2. Initiates and implements new procedures and creates designs to keep present equipment/systems operating at 100% efficiency.

3. Communicates effectively with others to minimize potential downtime of equipment.

4. Follows work orders in achieving productivity.

5. Makes sure workmanship is of highest quality.

6. Completes the daily P.I.T. checklist to ensure equipment is working properly and report any defects to management and/or maintenance.

7. Operates P.I.T. equipment in a safe manner.

8. Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety.

9. Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment with the Maintenance department.

10. Follows all Company policies and procedures.

11. All other duties as assigned.
