Administrative Assistant Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our executive team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, extremely outgoing, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Â
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Pay:Â $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and mail
- Maintain files and records in both physical and electronic formats
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with special assignments
- Take a lead role in local community functions including organizing and implementing projects
- Posting and updating social media
- Work independently and with executive staff
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in using various office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Skills
- Proficient in communication and phone skills
- Computer literate with the ability to learn new programs
- Must be sufficient in reading, writing, and language skills.
- Must be a team player and work well with others
- Work effectively in a face-paced environmentÂ
- Integrity, positive attitude and a strong work ethic required
- Must be extremely outgoing
Qualifications:Â To perform this job successfully
- An applicant must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the U.S.
