This position is primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food and cleaning kitchen equipment. Inspecting workstations for compliance with service standards including sanitary requirements.  Testing products to ensure the desired tastiness. Completing basic cooking responsibilities. Attending all allergy and foodborne illness in-service trainings. Complying with all HACCP policies and procedures Following safety precautions when using kitchen equipment.
