Culbreth Carr Watson Animal Clinic is a well-established, progressive, fast-paced, multi-doctor, primarily small animal practice located in Rome GA. We offer many services to provide the best comprehensive care to our patients including Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, High Speed Dentistry, In-House Diagnostics, Digital full body and dental radiology, Ultrasonography, and more.

Culbreth Carr Watson Animal Clinic hospital is located in Rome, GA which is just a 1-hour commute to Atlanta. Floyd County public schools are exceptional, making it an ideal area to raise a family. We also have 4 colleges (2 private, 2 state) to encourage furthering one's education. Job Description

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Veterinary Receptionist to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume veterinary practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, demonstrated leadership skills, and a passion for providing compassionate support to both clients and their pets.

Qualifications

We’re looking for:

  • Experienced Receptionist with a minimum of 2-years veterinary experience required
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the front desk team, ensuring a cohesive, efficient, and client-focused reception experience.
  • Resolve informal employee complaints, provide a general explanation of the nature and basis for hospital personnel policies and procedures; maintain effective employee-management communication.
  • Work well with all team members and ensure that your actions support the hospital, the doctors, and the practice philosophy.
  • Ensuring that pet owners' complaints are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Compassionate, Calm, Team Player, Multi-Tasker and Strong Communicator
  • Highly organized and possess computer skills
  • Self-starter with the desire to continue to advance your knowledge and skillset.
