In this role, the Licensed Practical Nurse will provide patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team, ensuring the highest levels of patient safety and experience.   Key Responsibilities:   Provide compassionate care and treatment to patients with a customer service attitude. Collect and record patient data with keen observation. Seek assistance from RN when needed in patient care. Work efficiently, demonstrating a proactive approach to unit situations. Address the needs of patients, family members, co-workers, and the department. Demonstrate strong computer skills. Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients, following infection prevention techniques according to hospital standards. QualificationsEducation:   Associate Degree (Preferred).   License and Certifications:   New York LPN (Required). BLS/CPR (Preferred).
