Description

What You’ll Do

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain Kirk-Rudy mailing equipment (tabbers, inkjet systems, feeders, conveyors)
Maintain and repair envelope production and mail processing equipment
Respond to breakdowns quickly to minimize production downtime
Perform preventative maintenance and equipment rebuilds
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems
Work with production teams to improve equipment reliability

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

4+ years maintenance experience in manufacturing, printing, or mail fulfillment
Hands-on experience with Kirk-Rudy and Kodak print stations or similar mail production equipment
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (bearings, gearboxes, pneumatics, etc.)
PLC experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints/schematics

Nice to Have

Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime
