Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all areas of restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a positive and productive workplace culture
Establish and uphold operational standards for quality, service, and guest experience

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Experience with staff management, hiring, and organizational development
Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and industry best practices
