About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned leader to drive growth, shape company culture, and take a beloved local dining establishment to the next level. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to drive performance and employee retention
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Identify new business opportunities and drive marketing and brand initiatives

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or food service industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Experience with restaurant operations, staffing, and vendor management
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
