About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Oversee all restaurant operations, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and administrative functions
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
Lead, mentor, and manage senior staff and department heads to ensure operational excellence
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key community stakeholders
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and P&L to meet or exceed business goals
Uphold and elevate brand standards, guest experience, and food quality
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Experience in strategic planning, marketing, and business development
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant compliance standards
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
