About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence
Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and profitability
Lead, mentor, and manage staff across all departments including front-of-house and back-of-house
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
Monitor financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Drive marketing and brand awareness initiatives to attract and retain customers

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Experience with restaurant operations, food safety standards, and compliance regulations
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives
Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and dining experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
