About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, menu development, and guest experience improvements
Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Establish and uphold brand standards, culture, and operational excellence

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Deep understanding of food service operations, compliance, and industry trends
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and fostering a positive workplace culture
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
