About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team across front-of-house and back-of-house operations
Drive revenue growth through marketing initiatives, community engagement, and guest experience improvements
Establish and uphold operational standards for food quality, service, and safety compliance
Cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
Represent the brand as a community leader and ambassador in the Rome, NY area

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Deep understanding of restaurant operations, food service standards, and regulatory compliance
Passion for hospitality and delivering an exceptional guest experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
