Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a high-performance culture
Establish and uphold operational standards for quality, service, and guest experience

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budget oversight
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Experience with restaurant operations, food service compliance, and vendor management
Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and community engagement
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
