About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional service standards
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and community partners
Drive marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to grow revenue
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Set and uphold company culture, values, and guest experience standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Knowledge of food service operations, compliance, and industry best practices
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
