About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
Build and maintain a strong team culture by recruiting, mentoring, and developing staff
Establish and uphold operational standards for food quality, service, and guest experience
Develop and execute marketing and community engagement strategies to drive brand awareness
Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local community partners
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Experience with restaurant operations, food & beverage management, and guest satisfaction
Knowledge of local health codes, labor laws, and regulatory compliance
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
