About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a positive workplace culture
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L statements and budgets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Experience with restaurant operations, food service management, or related fields
Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
