Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all restaurant operations

Build and mentor a high-performing management and service team
Develop and execute marketing, branding, and community engagement strategies
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Cultivate relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
Drive guest satisfaction initiatives and uphold exceptional dining standards

Requirements:

Proven executive or senior leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen including P&L management and budgeting
Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Experience in staff development, hiring, and performance management
Deep understanding of food service operations and industry best practices
Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic business plans
