About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operations in Rome, NY. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a beloved local dining establishment and drive its vision, growth, and day-to-day success. Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to drive guest traffic
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Recruit, mentor, and retain top-performing management and front/back-of-house staff
Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and hospitality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in senior-level restaurant or hospitality management
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Deep understanding of food service operations, including kitchen and front-of-house management
Experience with marketing, brand development, and community engagement
Knowledge of local, state, and federal food safety and labor regulations
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
