Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our restaurant operation in Rome, NY. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic leadership and direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
Lead, mentor, and develop management and staff teams to ensure exceptional service standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community
Drive marketing, branding, and business development initiatives to grow revenue
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Establish and uphold operational policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Excellent communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Deep understanding of food service operations, guest experience, and industry trends
Experience with staff recruitment, training, and performance management
Passion for the restaurant industry and a commitment to quality and hospitality
