About the Role:

Dematteos Restaurant Inc in Rome, NY is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and success. Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction across all aspects of restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability goals
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive operational excellence
Develop and execute growth strategies to expand brand presence and revenue
Maintain and strengthen relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
Champion a culture of exceptional guest experience and team engagement
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
Passion for food, hospitality, and delivering outstanding guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
