Dematteos Restaurant Inc is looking for a dynamic and experienced President to lead our organization in Rome, NY. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a driven hospitality professional ready to steer a restaurant company toward continued growth and success. Responsibilities:

Provide overall strategic direction and executive leadership for Dematteos Restaurant Inc
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
Develop and implement business growth strategies, including revenue generation and market expansion
Lead, mentor, and manage senior management teams and department heads
Monitor financial performance, budgets, P&L statements, and key performance indicators
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food service regulations
Champion company culture, brand identity, and customer experience standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in an executive leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen including budget management, forecasting, and P&L oversight
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic business plans
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team leadership skills
Experience managing multi-department or multi-unit restaurant operations preferred
Knowledge of food service regulations, health codes, and compliance standards
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences
