Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and profitability across the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, vendors, and the local community
Drive business development initiatives to grow revenue and expand brand presence
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food service regulations
Lead, mentor, and develop management teams to foster a high-performance culture
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational excellence

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong background in restaurant operations, P&L management, and business strategy
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Experience managing multi-functional teams in a fast-paced food service environment
Solid understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
