Responsibilities:

Provide executive leadership and strategic direction across all areas of restaurant operations
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, P&L management, and revenue growth initiatives
Build and mentor a high-performing leadership team to drive operational consistency and excellence
Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies aligned with company goals
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and the local community
Champion brand standards, guest experience, and quality control across all touchpoints
Lead marketing, sales, and business development efforts to grow market presence

Requirements:

Proven executive leadership experience, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability
Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop teams at all levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and decision-making
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
