This position will be a full time, salaried position. 聽

What You'll Do
路 Lead and develop a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors
路 Manage daily site operations, scheduling, and staffing
路 Build strong client relationships through responsive communication
路 Ensure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and Wisconsin regulations
路 Conduct inspections, training, coaching, and performance management
路 Respond to incidents and provide leadership during emergencies
Requirements
Requirements
路 High school diploma or GED required聽
路 Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred聽
路 Minimum five (5) years of experience in private security, law enforcement, or military service聽
路 Minimum two (2) years of supervisory or management experience聽
路 Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record聽
路 Ability to obtain or maintain any required Wisconsin private security licensing or permits聽
路 Ability to pass a criminal background check and any other required pre-employment screenings聽
路 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills聽
路 Experience managing schedules, staffing, and daily operations聽
路 Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer-based reporting systems聽
路 Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed聽
路 Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, climb stairs, lift up to 50 pounds, and respond quickly during emergencies聽
Minimum Requirements

路 Five (5) years of security, military, or law enforcement experience聽
路 Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience聽
路 Valid driver's license聽
路 Ability to pass a background check and meet licensing requirements聽
路 Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills聽
路 Ability to work a flexible schedule and respond to emergencies
