Cardiac Monitor Tech (Third Shift)

Oneida Health Hospital is looking for a full-time Cardiac Monitor Technician to work nights in our ICU. This position is responsible for the observation of cardiac monitors and reports to the ICU Nursing Manager. The ideal candidate is able to recognize disturbances in cardiac rhythm and can act appropriately.

Qualifications

Your Essential Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Certifications:
  • Ward Clerk or willingness to train (Required)
  • Nursing Assistant or willingness to train (Required)
  • Cardiac Monitoring or willingness to train (Required)
• Experience:
  • Ward Clerk: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Nursing Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Monitor Tech: 1 year (Preferred)
