Sonic Summary

The job requires a cleaning professional to work Monday through Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
Responsibilities include performing various cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining common areas to ServiceMaster standards.
Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to drive a company van.
A physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and handle equipment repairs is necessary, along with following instructions and managing supplies.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
5:00 pm a 9:00 pm

Responsibilities:

Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, window cleaning and moving furniture, equipment etc.
Clean all common space areas including kitchen, lobby and break rooms to ServiceMaster specifications
Maintain all supplies (clean towels, mops, refills for chemicals, etc...)
Deliver cleaning supplies to buildings according to schedule
Able to follow a delivery schedule
Work with housekeepers to deal with any supply issue or request
Fix equipment as needed (Vacuums, floor scrubber, washer, dryer, etc.)

Qualifications:

Reliable Transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Able to drive company van
Ability to use and differentiate between chemicals
Ability to follow instructions
Ability to use a backpack vacuum and mop and bucket
Physical requirements include bending, stooping, twisting and lifting (50 pounds)
