This is what you’ll doÂ
As a Quality Engineer – Distribution, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality and driving continuous improvement within our distribution operations. You will:Â
Lead customer defect tracking and resolution (CDT&R) through data analysis, reporting, and daily management activitiesÂ
Analyze quality trends and identify opportunities for improvement across the siteÂ
Conduct and support root cause analysis for critical quality issues, partnering with cross-functional teams to drive resolutionÂ
Support daily visual management, KPIs, and quality system processes, including change control and risk assessmentsÂ
Provide on-floor support for nonconformances, product holds, and Kaizen initiativesÂ
Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS), including CAPA, SCAR, audits, documentation, and trainingÂ
Monitor quality metrics and contribute to continuous improvement projectsÂ

You will join the Quality Systems Department based in Romeoville, Illinois (onsite role), collaborating closely with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality across distribution processes.Â

We are looking for a professional withÂ
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering, Sciences, or a related technical fieldÂ
3+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments, with a focus on quality or engineeringÂ
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), especially ISO9001Â
Experience with quality tools and continuous improvement methodologiesÂ
Ability to develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Â
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present clear and concise summaries of quality issues and resultsÂ
Familiarity with Agile PLM and Microsoft Office toolsÂ

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $68,000 - $84,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
