Position Overview

Birch Agency is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve a school district in Romeoville, IL. This is a district-wide, full-time position providing behavioral support and intervention strategies for students across multiple schools. The BCBA will collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote positive behavioral outcomes and student success.

Responsibilities

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Provide training, coaching, and support to teachers, paraprofessionals, and school staff.
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support IEP goals and compliance.
Work across the district to provide direct and indirect support services.

Qualifications

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Current BCBA certification required.
Experience in school-based settings preferred.
Strong collaboration, communication, and data analysis skills.
